Three vessels for Cyprus Marine Police
Three vessels for use the Cyprus Marine Police have recently compelted construction at Tehnomont. These 17-meter boats, all-aluminum and certified by BV Class, have been equipped with propeller propulsion and incorporate the refined Camarc hull design, allowing them to achieve speeds of 35 knots.
In addition to their high-speed capabilities, these boats feature an extensive range capacity, side rescue wells, and an upper flybridge navigation station, all of which serve to significantly enhance the operational capabilities for patrolling and conducting rescue missions in the Mediterranean.
Camarc, international designers based in the UK with over 500 craft in-service Worldwide. Camarc specialise in the design of seaworthy high-speed working craft used by Operators including Port & Pilotage Authorities, Government Navies, Coast Guards and Police forces. The designs range from 5m - 70m in length with options on materials and propulsion to offer speed capabilities up to 50 Knots. Specific vessel types include Pilot, Patrol, Rescue, Fire, Crew, Ferry, RIB and all-round Workboats from the proven range.
